I don't understand straight women. They admit that men are bad but somehow think their "golden retriever boy" is different.

Tom Steyer and Katie Porter going at it. She's failing at trying to use his class against him.

Red and blue button experiment but where the button you push applies not to you but another person randomly assigned to you.

Flood reveals what type of jobs you can get that will pay you over $1,000,000 a month "There is so many jobs that pay you millions like If your just a mid level employee at Jane street your making 10s of millions a year" "Some of my lawyers make millions in cash as long as they are equity partners at top law firms" "As you get older in life and start actually paying attention to the world around you, you actually realize how much capital there is out there"

Had a technical interview scheduled, got two missed calls, and I straight up blocked the number thinking it was spam Now I got this mail... and found out it was the company’s HR calling😭

Everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press?

As a game theory question, it’s boring and easy. As a political question, it’s fascinating and reveals a great deal about why democracies struggle. Superficially, blue looks like the collectivist, selfless, moral answer. And as you’d expect, plenty of people not only assumed that to be true, but moralized aggressively at those who understand that’s not factually true. Anyone who picks red is guaranteed to live, including if everyone does it. It’s objectively the better and more moral choice for most and to recommend to others. Blue is a kind of stochastic suicide button.
