Now I want you to give an explanation why the 11 minute video that only certain media members wasn’t shown to the jury during the trial. Only the two minute video was shown to the jury They gave media members s choice to see the 11 minute version or the shorter allegedly edited version. The much shorter version of video shows a second altercation which involved the stabbing. that was the video that was allowed during the Trial…. Interesting. But why aren’t they not showing the first altercation that happened within the 11 minute video…. So since you’re talking about somebody’s stupidity and online lawyer credentials, What is your explanation for the 11 min video not being released to the public nor shown in its entirety during the trial??

There were a lot of righteous upstanding, white people that spoke the truth and stood next to Black Americans in the past Many of them died many of them were hanging in trees right next to the Black people that they were trying to help. He had a 3 inch knife in bag which was perfectly legal. It was not on School’s ground so that’s number one. But there’s multiple reports of an 11 minute video that didn’t get shown in the courtroom. He was free to walk away, but instead… His big- man ego caused him to make a different choice. It was his choice & his actions that convicted him.

Daniel Penny- Mentally ill person who was menacing and threatening to kill people. Threat of imminent harm to others, tried to use non-lethal force. Rick Chow- The defense claim is that the Cyrus pointed a gun at his son. Threat of death. Kyle Rittenhouse- Was physically assaulted and hit by a skateboard. Fear of imminent physical harm. George Zimmerman did not initiate the physical confrontation. He had lost sight of Martin when Martin came back to confront him about being followed and started the assault. He was on the ground being beaten when he shot him. The only questionable case is Rick Chow because the evidence on the gun being pointed is shaky. The rest are clear self-defense cases. The problem with Karmelo's case is that he used deadly force in response to non-deadly force. And the Texas law is clear on justification. If he had punched Metcalf he would have had a self-defense case against assault. You need to compare apples to apples. Show me a Texas case where a white person stabbed someone who had only shoved them but was acquitted and I'll agree with you. Otherwise, each of these cases followed the law and the jury's findings are fair.

As I realize there are a couple good blacks out there, well, at least Booker T Washington, Thomas Sowell, and Clarence Thomas, our beloved Uncle Tom's. What I just said was tongue-in-cheek. Of course there are alot of great black people, as there great people of all ethnic backgrounds. You can’t refute anything I said because you haven’t . But I agree if you murder someone you should be in jail. So why isn’t Daniel Penny Rick Chow, Kyle Rittenhouse. And George Zimmerman in prison? They should be based off of the shit you just said. But they’re not based off self-defense , they all killed someone in the name of self self-defense.. Only one person who responded in self-defense is in prison right now and that’s the black kid. And that’s the problem we have is the racial biased and these ambiguous interpretations of the law. that’s the problem we have with the judicial system. Based off of those 4 other cases the precedent was set so Karmelo should be free. The only reason you’re saying he shouldn’t be is because you’re using what we call. “ I’m white and I say so”. OK, I’ll answer that but I wanna make a point that there were 3 black female candidates for the jury in this case that showed up all three got dismissed because of their occupations of being educators?? ……., And one black man that showed up was dismissed off of some weird allegations of racial bias….. Oh the Irony!!!!!! .. As for the verdict I feel this way. A precedent was sent by the last four major self-defense cases in this country One recently involving a 14-year-old black child being shot in the back. Over allegedly stealing water, which he never did. This young black boy ran 130 yards away from the store. Let me repeat. He’s running away from the store being chased over a football length away from the store . He was shot in the back and Mr Rick Chow the shooter got off with a self-defense claim…. I can’t understand how a 14 year-old boy running away is a threat to someone’s life but anyway anyways. I know you know the story of Daniel Penny, George Zimmerman and Kyle Rittenhouse. All self-defense cases they all killed people in the name of self-defense. You see common law is practiced when dealing with black Americans. You know how abstract laws are in America sir , one word can mean five different things depending on how it’s used . Force can mean, kicking the door in or gently turning the knob. So your question is very hard to answer based off of the previous 4 cases of self-defense. Three of the 4 cases there was no physical contact. And death was still justified. In this case, it has been reported by testimony that there was physical contact before the stabbing occurred how much contact who knows but do you see the contrast? It’s the racial hypocrisy and bias that pisses the black community off. If those other men went to jail, which I think they all should have, then I could swallow this verdict a little more easier.. But an all white jury in 2026 should not be allowed especially a case involving a white victim, and a black defendant.

Well, you are right about that from what I heard that town doesn’t choose any black person. It’s a rumor sundown town. I got family that live in Texas. The good old boy network is alive and well , But that’s neither here nor there. Now stop it don’t insult both of our intelligence. We know the police racially profile. You know you profile you know every black person that comes into your neighborhood so stop it. Unfortunately, Austin Metcalf lost his life because of it and Karmelo Anthony is in jail for 35 years. Both of those kids should be enjoying the summer and getting ready for college but unfortunately, it didn’t happen.
