UPDATE Good news: Tom has now been offered a more flexible and paid role by @asda. 🙌🏻 Credit to the BBC’s @kevfitz21 for covering this story so well. 👏🏻 Perhaps one of the wider results of it will be more employers finding out about our Bee Neuroinclusive Code of Practice. 👍🏻
