Landlord profits are up while New Yorkers choose between paying the rent and paying for food. The RGB must freeze the rent on ALL leases. And I’ll fight alongside tenants across NYC to make sure it does in June.

Total nonsense. All of the DSA candidates Nydia has endorsed against are also people of color, and many of them (Claire, Diana, Aber) are women of color or in this case a LGBT man of color. But our disagreement w/ her is substantive - endorsing "progressives" over socialists.
