It's March 3rd, right? What did I get today? An email from 'Independence Blue Cross" declaring "Your enrollment is complete!" Yes the enrollment I completed in November, which I got the cards for in December, and USED in January, is NOW complete? Swell.

My son was seizure-free for 7 years. He had a seizure this week. His doctor prescribed a rescue medication. It’s medically necessary. Insurance hasn’t approved it. Delays in preventative care put lives at risk. Please approve it, @IBX

@IBX I’ve called at least a dozen times since you guys messed up my insurance and wrote that I have secondary insurance and then denied all claims for the last year. Every time I call I’m told it will be fixed. I then get providers calling saying it is not fixed and letters

Apparently I have a $750 balance with @ibx I didn’t realize. Thought ins was canceled in December. Tried to pay it over the phone and they said I have to MAIL A CHECK. So, I can’t get my medicine for 2-3 weeks if I do it that way. Will not let me talk to a supervisor
