No one's "optimizing sleep" or "biohacking longevity.” People were arguing in the forums about whether you needed casein before bed. Another guy is predicting that his girlfriend is going to break up with him and swapped her protein powder for weight gainer to sabotage her. It was just people trying to get big. Simpler times.

Well, this request your own music at the gym thing is going very poorly. I keep hearing this absolutely horrible song and all my choices are getting downvoted , so this blows. The music is a hundred times more terrible now than it was this whole last year.

Real question what is someone supposed to do in this situation? This is California right? So Harry Dresdon, this lunatic, breaks into this guys house, terrorizes his wife and kid, the homeowner races home and then what? He’s supposed to stop him with his kung fu skills? It says he sustained a head injury. Was this guy supposed to wrestle him to the ground? If the homeowner just shot this guy the second he got home, he’d go to prison for the rest of his life being in California. But if he shot him he’d also have no injuries. What kind of incentive structure is this? He even got there before police and he has to somehow subdue a crazy person? How does this work when he can’t just shoot the guy to keep both himself and his family safe for fear of having his entire future destroyed and families future destroyed without him there because California?

NEW: Police have released more info about the "Harry Dresden" break-in in Fairfield, CA, say both the homeowner & Nichols sustained head injuries. Police are praising the "actions of the homeowner" who raced home to confront 30-year-old Jason Nichols with a shovel. Authorities say that the homeowner's wife and child were inside when Nichols broke in. When Nichols was unable to break in through the front door, he broke in through a sliding glass door. "The homeowner's husband, who was away at the time, observed the suspect through a home security camera and immediately returned to the residence," said police. "As the suspect entered the home, the homeowner returned, armed himself with a shovel, and confronted Nichols." Happy 24th wedding anniversary to @KatieLobliner . We celebrate our real anniversary on September 30 - the day of our first date and that will be 29 years! You know the story - high school sweethearts, she is nice and I’m insane. I don’t believe in the whole soulmate thing, but our marriage makes a darn compelling argument for it. The crazy part is we have two children who are grown adults now! Here’s to another 24 and eternity.

Spandex pants are baggy, and my shirt is fitting like a dress. May need new gym clothes.

Every time I buy leggings in my new smaller size they are wayyy too big in the ankles 😂😂😂 And when I buy jeans they are 2-4 inches too big in the waist to fit my legs/butt. I’m doubtful that losing more fat will change these outcomes, but I’m going for it anyway 😎 Shit is never fitting me right again, might as well just wear pants that do not fit.
