Let’s talk some truth about Australian Petroleum Refinery Shutdowns Since 1980.
A total of 8 primary refineries have shut down.
4 under Labor. 4 under Coalition. This was a JOINT UNIPARTY EFFORT.
Australia is a founding member of the UN. The UN directed, by agreement of their members, to move industrial production to third world countries in order to grow their wealth (and destroy ours). The Uniparty has had a core foreign mandate to completely deindustrialise Australia for the last 48 years.
FACT: One Mega-Refinery, in Gladstone QLD, for all those NIMBY’s could supply 90% of Australia’s liquid fuel requirement, and export domestically and internationally to NZ and pacific islands. The other two, could continue without the same risk profile.
