An inspiring meeting in Leeds hosted by @jewishleeds and@#leedsleadsagainstantisemitism . Local dignitaries and faith leaders joined us to show that antisemitism wouldn't be tolerated in Leeds or anywhere else.

Board of Deputies CEO @MichaelWegier spoke to @VanessaBaffoe on @LBC News this morning about the @CST_UK’s latest Antisemitic Incidents Report. "The level of antisemitic incidents in the UK remains at a worrying rate with the Jewish community under a level of threat not seen before the attacks on 7th October 2023. We thank the CST for their efforts to keep the community safe and will continue to work with the government, police and other agencies to ensure that every effort is being made to maintain the protection that our community unfortunately needs."

Board of Deputies President @PhilR_R was on @BBCRadio4 this morning to discuss the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the images of hostage Evyatar David recently published by Hamas and the need export peace rather than importing conflict when engaging in discussion about the Middle East.
