@qatarairways @JetBlue 4 no of our luggages getting missed between the two airlines at New York Airport JFK during a transfer to Pittsburgh and it’s been 1 day & no news is terrible. Luggage tag nos : 0157250581, 0157250535,0157250536 & 0157250529. This is just not acceptable.

Atrocious hectoring flight attendant on the @JetBlue flight #7 to London from JFK. She was fine with me (or I'd have bitten her head off) but she was incredibly rude to another passenger near me. I've flown this airline since 2003 and loved it once upon a time. The people who work for it now are substandard, their Slapdash and often contumelious service masquerading as "cool." I'm going to phase out of flying with JetBlue once I've exhausted my stupid miles. Bad airline. Sad airline.

@JetBlue @qatarairways We have been following up with them & have called them 5 times; they are unable to find it even though it was just a simple transfer between @qatarairways and @JetBlue ; simply put between terminal 8 & terminal 5 of New YorkJFK. This is unacceptable.

@JetBlue Flight 882 from St. Lucia to JFK was canceled after a bird strike damaged the left engine. After hours of delay, JetBlue is now refusing hotel accommodations for passengers rebooked on an 11 AM flight tomorrow, while the airport is putting us out. This is unacceptable.

@JetBlue A schedule change broke my connection. Phone supervisors refuse to waive the fee even though a passenger on my exact flight got a waiver. They even falsely claimed 'the DOT forces us to charge fees.' Can someone from corporate please help?

Thank you. Flight 1015 departed from Newark but had to divert to JFK shortly after due to a maintenance issue. A new plane has been assigned and boarded, and that flight should be in the air shortly. Once it arrives at PUJ we'll get Flight 1016 on its way as quickly as we can. TrueBlue members will receive compensation details via email after the flight.
