@JumboWorld @adcoopuae I received gift from my wife PS5 Pro which is purchased from AdCoop AbuDhabi Mall. Within week, just played 1-2 hrs max.. started facing issue with controller. I submitted the controller to adcoop. I want a replacement of the product, as it was brand new

@JumboWorld Purchased a laptop worth AED 6400 but couldn’t claim VAT refund due to an incorrect invoice number. Despite assurance from the store to send an updated invoice via WhatsApp,I wasted 3+ hrs at immigration & nearly missed my flight to India.

@JumboWorld My service request no 20932666. I have given defected PS -5 unit on April 3rd but until now there is no replacement yet. Called several times to customer service .. Until now no firm date yet .Disappointed with the service ..please take urgent action ..

@JumboWorld Iam having the worst customer support from Jumbo!!! Bought a product recently and already it has gone faulty 3 times. The most hurting part is there has been no proper support/response from entire team even after several follow ups. Strongly not recommend JUMBO!!

@Sony @SonyMEA @SonyElectronics To resolve the issue, I visited the Sony service center at @JumboWorld Abu Dhabi today. However, the agent informed me that they would not repair the unit but only offer a replacement, costing 300 AED per earbud—essentially the same price as buying a new pair.

@sony @SonyMEA @SonyElectronics I have been using your WF-1000XM4, which I purchased in 2023. They were working fine until recently, but now the battery lasts no more than 5 minutes. After researching online, I found that this issue may be caused by a specific firmware update.

@Bose @JumboWorld @lilajosnyder @kchhabria Case 20891102: Took my Bose Soundbar900 on 04/01 to Jumbo for an issue. They said it needed a software update-1month & 150 AED later, it’s worse! Won’t connect or be recognized by the app. No real support, constant delays.please help
