When you become an engineer in Canada, you take an oath To never cause harm/suffering/etc to humans as a result of your work This applies equally, if not more, to business Both can be used for good (to remove suffering) or evil (to add it) Do good work. Don't be evil

you are trying to solve the wrong problem using the wrong methods based on a wrong model of the world derived from poor thinking and....wait a second...no way....does this shit all cancel out?

We've entered into an agreement to join OpenAI as part of the Codex team. I'm incredibly proud of the work we've done so far, incredibly grateful to everyone that's supported us, and incredibly excited to keep building tools that make programming feel different.

When I was growing up, my parents bought me cheap golf clubs from Costco I cursed those clubs every day because I thought that’s why I was a bad golfer So I saved up, bought nice clubs, and realized I was a shit golfer Great life lesson in there

@auchenberg While a poor craftsperson blames his tools, the great crafts person uses the right tool for the job You're not gonna go Pro on Costco irons

the @railway logs is such a great product. for our current needs, i don't see us paying for Datadog or similar. we're happy to pay for higher limits, or at least include higher limits for Pro. what do you think @JustJake?

Hey @JustJake, wondering, how up-to-date are the benchmarks in a @Railway blog post? I assume things have changed recently with all the upgrades, etc? Would also be nice to have other frameworks like Nuxt, Astro, etc.

The biggest companies on the planet are figuring out how to get agents safely into production And they're using Railway to do it To power this, we built GuardRails. Granular, safe, permissions; for agents! Much more on this to come
David Echo@echohack

. @Railway just added GuardRails to keep your application safe when your AI agent tries to do things it shouldn't. With this release, you can restrict services from generating public domains and TCP proxies. More GuardRails to come!
