Being true to brand, DC911/@OUC_DC Director Heather McGaffin and her boss, @safedc, ignored the reporters and declined to tell their story. @MayorBowser's administration also claimed they were “unable to locate” FOIAd documents that are used every day by @dcfireems to report OUC mistakes.
