In @EurUrolFocus, we show that grade group 3 (GG3) prostate cancers are heterogeneous. Unfavorable histology (EC or IDC) was strongly associated with recurrence after surgery, independent of % pattern 4 and CAPRA-S, and may improve risk stratification. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40374413/.
