@AbideBigD @Marcus_Mosher He’s good but he’s a NT basically. He’s not QW or Carter. Giants have nothing besides Nabers on offense coming off an ACL so it’s practically a lock they go WR with Tyson at 10. Like I said I get why the Bengals did it but too rich I think.

I don't think people really know how good Lawrence is. And the position he plays is just way more important than LB/S.

Lawrence had 1/2 a sack last year. Youre betting on him getting back to the guy that had 9 of thrm. Otherwise, its a bad trade.

Wow. The caliber of defenders getting traded is absolutely ridiculous — they’re foundational pieces and are the ultimate force multipliers. Lawrence is one of the most unique talents up front that I’ve seen. A dominant destroyer of pockets who makes you think twice about calling 5- & 7-step dropbacks from Jet or Scat protection, which is what the majority of modern NFL passing schemes are built on.

a key bit of context on Dexter Lawrence that impacts his stats: he has been double teamed at the #1 highest rate in the NFL for any DT since 2024 in fact, in 2024, his rate of being double teamed was highest for any DT in a season since 2018! and he was still putting up stats
