Singapore is far too expensive to live in. Everything is extortionate pricing from hotels to cocktails to restaurants. You can buy 4-5 times as much for the same prices in other South East Asian countries, and those countries have infinitely more soul and energy than Singapore.

@nathanclark_ This is the more "new" part of the city. I'd recommend old town, closer to the time water to experience the charm/culture of Lisbon. That being said , it's a small city so it's easy to get around from anywhere.

@matthucius I've had the same issue. You should prob see a Dr and get some x-rays to see what is happening with your spine before trying anything that could cause more damage.

Absolutely FUCKED by lower back yesterday - extreme nerve pain and spasms, unable to put sock on or sit down, or even walk without bad pain - slightly better today but still horrendous and can’t train at all - steady walk is the max… This seems to happen to me every few months cos I must have a vulnerable back from the past but it’s crippling - was doing leg weights and sprints the day before it suddenly came on after simply bending over (as if lower back got weakened and then a basic movement finally triggered it into breaking) - what’s the best fix now but more importantly to prevent in future? As not doing anything crazy and it gets destroyed every few months which legit ruins my life for around a week it’s that bad lol - don’t realise how much you use your lower back until it gets like this! Health is wealth etc… Any legit or esoteric advice welcome 🧑‍🦯
