LinkedIns algorithm changed dramatically in 2026.
Only a small group realized and is taking advantage currently
I decided to compile EVERYTHING needed to grow and sign clients on LinkedIn:
→ Profile optimization that positions you as the authority
→ Content strategy that brings in qualified followers
→ Lead magnet framework that brought me 500+ leads from ONE post
→ Outbound system that booked 5 calls from 122 DMs in a week
→ Hook frameworks and visual strategies that 10x engagement
→ Implementation timeline to execute everything properly
One client increased quality impressions by 1,117% in 90 days.
Another generates 30+ qualified leads monthly with this system.
The founders who understand how LinkedIn actually works are eating while everyone else posts AI slop that gets ignored.

@ChamberofFit When you post graphics "AI", when you post your own physique "AI", when you write content by hand "AI", when you manually send a DM "AI". Can't please everyone haha

@LeonLifeDesign Most of them are amazing people who truly want to help their patients heal.
But some of them have completely lost the plot.
English

There are TONS of amazing MDs, PhDs, PAs, RNs, NPs out there.
But hearing a MD mock the desire to uncover root causes?
Sad.
This "gatekeeper of knowledge" mentality is why so many people feel stuck, frustrated, and have lost trust in mainstream medicine.

We’ve hit 75% show rates for the last few accounts that we have take on in the B2B space.
It’s all because of this 1 mindset:
The SECOND someone books in our calendar, is when the sale starts.
That said…
What you do between the booking and the call is EVERYTHING.
Prospects book at peak curiosity.
But between then and the call… doubt creeps in.
They Google you, find Reddit threads, lose interest, or flat out forget.
That’s why I put this MASSIVE doc together…
It goes over our FULL show rate optimization system:
How to combine automated flows + manual outreach to keep prospects warm, educated, and ready to buy before they even show up.
Inside the doc, you’ll see:
(1) Backend email flows that kill objections before the call.
(2) Confirmation page vaults that act like a pre-call masterclass.
(3) Content remarketing that makes you unmissable in their feed.
(4) Manual “advisor-frame” outreach that uncovers doubts + builds trust fast.
(5) The founder group chat strategy (our secret weapon).
This is the exact playbook we’ve used to push show rates from 35% → 70% on some offers.
I just finished writing up the full framework in a doc.
Drop "SALES" in the comments and I’ll send you the document.

I started my X account 44 weeks ago. Easiest algorithm to crack by a country mile.
Since then I’ve added ~$100,000 in direct revenue, logged 9.5M+ impressions, and this month alone drove ~$14,000 to SEO Stuff.
Use my system before Elon closes the loopholes.
And if you want my full cheat sheet, including details about engagement groups, DM workflows, posting tactics, just follow me + RT this + comment "X growth guide 2025" and I'll DM you.
You must do all 3 to get the DM.
Alright, let's start with a proper posting routine.
I post 2–3 times per day, 7 days per week.
Morning: Proof post or strong POV single tweet
Afternoon: Mini-thread (3–5 tweets, with screenshots or frameworks)
Evening: Repost with CTA or a short observation to spark replies
Whenever I stop for 48 hours, reach plummets.
Especially when I travel and can’t post regularly, I feel it immediately.
What is working best right now:
Compact proof threads (3-6 tweets) - These need to be visual, outcome-oriented, and actionable.
Threads over 8 tweets tend to lose traction unless every line delivers value.
Multi-image posts (2-4 slides) - This is the winning format:
First slide = bold headline.
Middle = framework, teardown, or example.
Last = CTA.
Proof-first content - This can be dashboard screenshots, client outcomes, metrics + narrative.
Real data with insight still beats pure theory every time.
Copy-paste frameworks - So like templates, ChatGPT prompts, and SOPs that your audience can immediately use.
These drive bookmarks, shares, and DMs.
Timely commentary + receipts - When an industry change or platform update happens, respond quickly with your data or story.
These posts get surfaced longer.
Reposting top performers - After ~2–3 weeks, bring back your best work with a fresh hook.
Many of those posts perform again or even better.
No one cares that it's a repeat because nobody actually cares about you on here.
That's an important lesson to remember in general when it comes to social media.
What is underperforming at the moment:
Single-line “hot takes” with no evidence or insight
Long threads (>8 tweets) that ramble
AI-generated content lacking personality or experience
Frameworks reused without showing how you got there
Engagement strategy:
Reply early (within first hour) on viral posts in your niche, with proof or counterpoints
Quote tweet daily with your POV or teardown
Repost strong replies so your audience sees them
Use a small creator circle (5–10 peers) to engage in the first 15–30 minutes
X is heavily weighting comment thread depth, so if your post sparks layered conversations, it remains visible longer
DM strategy:
I drive inbound leads weekly without cold-pitching.
Track who engages with your posts (likes, replies, follows)
DM them something useful (a template, swipe, or quick framework)
If they reply, open a loop (“Want the rest of the system?”)
If they say yes, send the offer (SEO Stuff, consulting, growth playbook)
Always lead with value, delay the pitch.
Retention > Reach
The funnel that matters: Profile to Follow to DM to Client.
To optimize:
Bio = clear, benefit-driven
Pinned tweet = proof + offer
Rotate pinned tweet every two weeks based on what pulls clicks
Reply to every DM personally, with value
Metrics that matter now:
Link clicks per post
New followers per post
DM replies per outreach
Depth of comment threads and repeat engagers
Impressions look good, but clicks, replies, and engagement drive real growth.
30-Day X Growth Playbook:
Post 2–3x/day with at least one proof-driven post
Reply to 5+ posts/day in your vertical
Quote tweet 1–2 times/day with your POV
Repost your best posts every 2–3 weeks
DM 10+ new engagers each week with value-first outreach
Track clicks, replies, conversions, and thread depth weekly
Continuously test hooks, visuals, and formats
This account is compounding.
Run this for 30 days, screenshot Day 31, tag me when inbound starts.
And if you want my full cheat sheet, including info about engagement groups, DM workflows, posting strategies, just:

500 LEADS from ONE LinkedIn post.
No ads, no outreach. (free playbook 👇)
Most creators waste time creating content that nobody wants.
They guess what their audience needs instead of knowing what sells.
I've cracked the code on creating lead magnets that:
- Generate high-quality leads
- Convert passive followers into paying clients
- Scale without constant outreach
This strategy helped me:
• Generate $25,000 worth of booked calls (what everyone cares about)

The LinkedIn gold rush is here.
And it’s the biggest opportunity for B2B since 2021 Twitter
I know 100s of people that are booking 10+ calls and signing $10k deals from LinkedIn.
It’s literally a hack if you know how to generate leads.
For the last few months I’ve been trying and testing dozens of strategies.
And I finally cracked the code.
Our average client is booking 3-5+ calls EVERY week.
This is by far the best platform I’ve found for signing whale clients.
I’ve documented our entire LinkedIn content AND outbound strategy in a step-by-step guide.
This strategy doesn’t just work for my clients or random people.
I have:
→ Booked calls with $10M-$100M companies
→ Become an authority in the LinkedIn space
→ Built a nurture and conversion system
All you have to do is just comment “CODE” & I’ll send it your way in a few minutes.
We MUST be connected so I can DM it to you!

@nikolacupic Great. Do you think the algorithm is showing posts to a smaller subset of people who are the most likely to be interested compared to showing it to a broader audience where more people see it but they’re less interested?
English

3 observations on the new algorithm after publishing 30+ long-form posts this week for clients (and going viral):
1) Going 'nuclear' is nearly impossible now. 5M+ view threads are mostly dead. We've had threads hit 22M views before—those days are over. This is GREAT because it kills the slop economy where people copy-paste templates and call themselves ghostwriting experts.
2) 200-500K is the new viral. 1M is mega-viral. Niche viral has always been the real play—I've been saying this for years. Publish in your niche, make it info-dense and actionable, or challenge common beliefs. That's the formula.
3) The algorithm change is brutal for mediocre creators. The agencies and self-proclaimed 'experts' flooding this platform can't break past 50K views anymore. Their template-based approach is getting buried.
In short, quality wins. Depth wins.
The era of surface-level content farming is over.

@CopyWriteConnor @george__mack I'll never forget. That was a great dinner
English

Just reading @george__mack's essay on high agency.
He's so right here.
The first time I went out to dinner with my online business friends I paid the bill secretly. We were all making less than 10k/mo and it was kinda a big bill for me.
But two years later everyone in that group still brings it up when we go out to eat, and it's one of my favorite memories. Don't be afraid to get the bill.
