Except that Nigel 'no questions please' Farage decided he didn't want to answer for his £5m 'gift' from Harborne. Anyone who thinks this charlatan would be able to run a country ... 🙄. I assume he's busy selling JCB diggers today anyway.

Nigel Farage suddenly pulled out of @bbclaurak today, immediately following the revelation about an undeclared £5m donation from a Crypto King living in Thailand. Apparently he simply “changed his mind” about appearing. No scrutiny. No declaration. No accountability. One rule for Reform, another for everyone else.
Kevin Hollinrake MP@kevinhollinrake

As a new Member of Parliament, Nigel Farage was obliged to report to the House of Commons all political donations and gifts he had received during the previous 12 months. He did not. The Conservatives are therefore today referring Nigel Farage to the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner.

Politicians are making some pretty bold claims about the cuts they will make in Wales to save money. The problem is, their maths doesn’t add up. Here are 3 things that, even if you cut them, will make very little difference to the amount of cash Wales has: --- The Nation of Sanctuary. A scheme to help (mainly Ukrainian refugees) contribute to Welsh society. Cost = £10m/year = 0.037% of the Welsh budget. --- The planting in Uganda. A scheme that offsets 25% of Wales’ transport emissions (not bad for the cost of one 3-bed house). Cost = £270k/year = 0.001% of budget. --- Scrap 20mph. This would actually COST £40m in changing the signs back. It also would cost the taxpayer more through increased casualties and higher insurance (about £90m a year). It is fine to want to scrap any of these policies if you think the money can be better spent elsewhere. But politicians need to stop pretending it will make any meaningful difference to the ability of the Welsh Government to deliver public services. They are rounding errors on a spreadsheet.

GB News lets Kemi Badenoch claim the Tories are "ready now" and the "only credible alternative" — after 14 years of chaos, 5 prime ministers, and a crashed economy. Credible? You trashed the country and left. The arrogance is staggering

Reform UK leader Nigel Farage. Highest- earning MP. In less than two years as the MP for Clacton, Farage has racked up over £2 million in personal income and gifts, on top of his parliamentary salary He once said "there's no money in politics." #BBCBreakfast #r4today

Labour has already delivered more manifesto pledges than Reform UK has total policies! Labour has achieved more than Reform UK has even proposed. According to Full Fact’s Government Tracker, Labour have delivered 20 of the manifesto pledges they made at the 2024 general election. This includes removing the right for hereditary peers to sit in the House of Lords, abolishing non-dom status, creating the publicly owned Great British Energy, scrapping the VAT exemption for private schools and recognising the Palestinian state. By contrast, Farage's party aiming to run the country in a few years time have just 19 policies. Source: The London Economic

Farage’s £5M gift — of which £800k was, by all indications, funnelled through his foreign national girlfriend to fund his Clacton house.

A vote for Reform on 7th May will not "get rid of Starmer" or the Labour government. It will get you a shit council who will destroy your local services. Never Vote Reform.

in the last month, there was roughly 50 votes in the parliament - Nigel was absent for all of them. that's £94k of taxpayers money paid for absolutely fuck all. And he travelled by helicopter to Wales, only to land outside of town and drive in a car as to make himself look more like a commoner. Open your eyes sheeple and see how Farage is a shill and a plant for foreign billionaires.

Reform received £200,000 from JCB, and their senior politicians began promoting JCB’s new Pothole Pro, which is designed to repair potholes. The party even featured it in its campaign leaflet.

If Reform win next week they’ll end Sport Wales’ £2.1M fund helping clubs cut energy costs and help the environment by funding solar panels etc. Clubs in Caernarfon alone have had £35k from it. Tax cuts for the rich on the back of grassroots sport clubs. sport.wales/stories/energy…
