@Teslaverse_4269 @SantoroSystems It will be delayed until AI5 arrives, mark my words. Elon will making an huge announcement that Tesla AI5 prototype chip installed into a Cybercab has solved Unsupervised FSD but “mass production” won’t start until sometime in 2027.

@SantoroSystems I guess that's what they're doing, buy what if 14.3 isn't as good as It needs? how much more can they delay the scaling of the Robotaxi?

I'm hoping that if my hypothesis is correct that they thought 14.2 would be good enough for unsupervised at scale but it wasn't, I'm hoping the delay between 14.2 and 14.3 is them just training the shit out of 14.3.. Getting it even better than it would have been just so it's ready and aligned with the cybercab.
Elon Musk@elonmusk

@DBurkland @pbeisel It’s in testing right now. Wide release in a few weeks.

@slijan3019 @SantoroSystems Now you’re catching on lol. I’ve said it time and time again. As soon as Elon starts talking about the next product or version it means the current version or product is failing to live up to his ridiculous hype and will not be good enough.

@SantoroSystems I hope you are right. What concerns me is the timing of Digital Optimus and Terra fab... Those could used as narrative diversions to mitigate the impact of this delay.

It's possible that they don't make any early attempt to sell the Cybercab to the public, and just roll them into the robotaxi fleet. It's also possible they have a Cybercab-specific FSD that's extremely slow, reducing the risk of serious accidents and giving the car more time to reason.

April 2026 is going to be dope. • First test flight of Starship V3 (with first Raptor V3 flight) • Cybercab production begins • Tesla FSD V14.3 launches • 𝕏 money early public access • Next-gen Tesla Roadster unveil (hopefully lol)

@DataLover4 @LimitingThe @grok It’s not brother lol. Did you see how nonchalantly Elon posted it? 😂 He is a hype machine, and if it was that good he would have BEEN announced it. 14.3 is still not good enough

The much anticipated FSD v14.3 is expected to reach wide release in a few weeks. Correct me if I'm wrong @grok, but my understanding is that this version is supposed to incorporate greater reasoning capability and a 10x parameter count increase. In other words, this should get us over the line for increasing deployments of Robotaxis and the Cybercab.

Unless you’re driving 500+ miles per day, you don’t need an EV with that much range. The average person drives around 37 miles per day. Current Tesla offerings provide way more than enough for the vast majority of people. On road trips, I can usually only drive about two hours before I need to get out, stretch my legs, etc. During that time, my car charges. It’s not the inconvenience people think it is. It doesn’t make sense to lug around a huge battery when most people don’t actually use that capacity.

When Tesla’s get to 500 miles per charge; I’ll think about one. BTW there’s an app that allows Waze to work. 🙄 #thinkIdontknow? 🥱😑

@DonkeySammich @DirtyTesLa He only posted that because of the so-called "FSD crash" was on national news. 14.3 is going to be lackluster. I've said it before, they will need AI5 for unsupervised. He has been lying and stalling for the last 5 months.

Fractional Cursor acquisition. xAI taking the right steps
Jason Ginsberg@JasonBud

I’m proud to be joining SpaceX and xAI with @milichab It has become clear that software is changing fundamentally. More and more, people can shape the tools they use directly, and the ceiling of what can be built keeps rising. What makes xAI special is the scale of its ambition: to build from first principles all the way out to the stars. I’m especially grateful to work on products that expand human agency and freedom. That mission is deeply personal to me. My family came to the United States fleeing communism, and the belief that freedom should be part of the next generation of the internet has driven me every day since Andrew and I started Skiff. Now, we get to work on intelligence, understanding, and freedom on a universal scale.

@fredpower89 @TJevjn @drivingoutlaw @elonmusk @beffjezos @DavidMoss That was pre-LLM scaling, I can't believe you right now 😆. Nobody and I mean nobody cares about a SUPERVISED road-trip. It means nothing until you can do without a babysitter that re-routed 10 times at every parking situation he encountered 😂😂. 1 unsupervised struggle car 🤣

@Mali_Mansa_Musa @TJevjn @drivingoutlaw @elonmusk @beffjezos Oh sure, they weren’t AI back then. Even though it literally says Toyota will use their AI hardware and software for autonomous driving back in 2017 in the pic I just posted 🤦‍♂️ You let us all know when they pass over 10k miles w/out human input like @DavidMoss documented

@HaroldMouhan @SawyerMerritt @farzyness Why would it take 10 years when they are already on the roads now constantly improving 😑. Elon has you people so fooled smh. FSD is not some secret sauce. It's just compute and data. Just like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok. Nobody has a lead that can't be caught in a short time

They don’t have real data. It’s a simulation. The manufacturers are going to get access to this doubtful data and will have to adapt real cars in order to make it work. I say 10 years. At best. For something that just might prove untrustworthy. Tesla has real world data collected by the very same cars. It’s a whole different thing. But ok. Time will tell.

NEWS: NVIDIA has announced that BYD, Geely, Isuzu and Nissan will use the company's DRIVE Hyperion platform to develop level 4 autonomous vehicle programs. Nvidia also introduced Alpamayo 1.5, "an upgrade that expands NVIDIA Alpamayo — an open portfolio of AI models, simulation frameworks and physical AI datasets for building safe, transparent, reasoning-based AVs — with an interactive, steerable reasoning model." Jensen Huang: The autonomous vehicle revolution is here, the first multitrillion-dollar robotics industry. Everything that moves will eventually be autonomous. The NVIDIA Hyperion platform and our Alpamayo open reasoning models give vehicles the ability to perceive their surroundings, reason through complex situations and act safely, making scalable, level 4 autonomy possible.”

@Mali_Mansa_Musa @TJevjn @drivingoutlaw @elonmusk @beffjezos lol Nvidia has been making deals with automakers for 10 years & it still is behind 🤦‍♂️ Alright I’ll be waiting on you to show me the YouTube video where an Nvidia car makes it across the entire US w/out any interventions. Until then it’s way behind as their own CEO even says
