"Based off the foregoing analysis and findings, the court issues the following order. It is hereby ordered that the defendant's application for certificate, certificate of attendance of out-of-state witness is respectfully denied, and the state's motion to quash the subpoena is granted." TRANSLATION: The prosecution can show a video of Twiggs, and he doesn't need to show up in person, as the defense was requesting.

I’ll bite back simply. Death threats against anyone is wrong! But Candace didn’t invent the allegations or questions around Charlie Kirk’s assassination and TPUSA leadership. Those come from the event, inconsistencies, insider info, and their own actions (lawsuits, silencing, etc.). TPUSA runs hundreds of high school and college chapters. They shape and recruit our kids. If the top has betrayal, security failures, or a cover up, our youth are in their hands. That’s the real danger to the next generation, not Candace asking hard questions. I care about the kids and their future. Transparency and truth protect them better than loyalty to flawed leaders. If they’re innocent, prove it with full openness! As Americans, we have the fundamental right to seek truth, demand transparency, and hold powerful people and institutions accountable. That’s core to our democracy, freedom of speech, and the right to petition for answers, especially on matters that affect our children and the country’s future.

Candace our views for last week are down. What will we do? We didn’t even get to 1m for 2 of our episodes last week. Guess we aren’t the #1 podcast now. She’s lost around a million views a night just in the past month. Someone commented last week on one of my posts YouTube had purged some bots or changed something a couple weeks ago. Wonder if that’s why. Either way damn girl from a high of 3-4 million to less than a mil? Ouch.

What I showed is a real iMessage text and even had a time stamp. Everyone is a fed to you. 😂 The irony in all of this is even if Charlie said that about me (and I don’t care) I have been kinder to his legacy and his family and friends than you have as you pretend you were his best friend. If this footage is real, it completely destroys the “lone gunman” narrative. It suggests the patsy had help — both a female accomplice and a getaway vehicle — and that federal authorities may have deliberately hidden that information from the public. Society has impossible double standards for women in grief or leadership. When Charlie invited me to his office, he called me. @tylerbowyer and @AndrewKolvet can confirm this. If he thought I was a nut job, he wouldn’t have flown me out and hosted me at his office. @RCMaxw3ll was present in the building while I was there as well. He too can confirm. Here’s some texts I had with Charlie though in June of 2025… It’s just a fact he was worried about the Woke Reich and Islam at the time of his death. He was planning to do more to stop the spread of Islam in America. Then 2 weeks later, he was killed.
