@marksandspencer Hi Jack… fresh produce, cooked meats the regular gf options (breads) the last month has been particularly poor even travelled 12 miles to a Belfast Store! I am assuming financial resource decisions have been made unfortunately having negative consumer impact. Thanks

3. @StenaLine Liverpool to Belfast fantastic service, long time since getting the boat I was pleasantly surprised, excellent customer service, boat so clean and tidy, staff friendly & professional nothing was a hassle @British_Airways could learn a thing or two from @StenaLine!

2. Website down, cannot even get my flight refunded supposed to cancel booking then ask for refund 🤷🏻‍♀️ 5 times today web chat cut me off surely @British_Airways can do better! Adverse weather I understand extremely poor customer service not so!

@acatherwoodnews @SimonCalder @British_Airways Andrea there is absolutely no way your Mum could have, our Belfast flight also cancelled and took us hours, 2 trains a bus & a freezing walk just to get to a hotel! I was handed a leaflet and told to read that! So disappointed with BA absolutely disgraceful service.

On #BBCNewscast travel guru @SimonCalder said if an airline cancels a flight they should put passengers on the next available flight even if that’s on a rival airline. Absolutely not what @British_Airways did when they cancelled tomorrow’s flights to Belfast
