Fitness is never a competition. We live in a world of aspiring athletes, goal seekers and human beings. Obsessing over a number is purposefully derogatory and engagement farming via this channel is downright shameful. The fitness community has the opportunity to right a wrong. Please do so.

So many men and women suffer from chasing a number on a scale. This is a constant battle for self betterment Because @raqisright feels the need to vilify by the scale, she’s shown she has no empathy for those who struggle with maintaining proper nutrition and fitness This was never a competition. She turned it into one. Disgusting

It’s not only unhealthy, it promotes eating disorders. It doesn’t take into account lifting, activity, etc. Might as well take a peptide and not eat to be anorexic just to be below a number on the scale:. This is disgusting and needs to be stopped.
