Women should not be cops. Also noting nearly every officer in this video is morbidly obese which likely contributed to their inability to do their job. They had to shoot this guy because they cannot control him. That said still the guy's fault for not complying.

Were we watching the same video? I agree there should be strict standards and physical requirements for all law enforcement officers. However, saying there should be no women police officers is sexist — and it comes across as bordering on racist when most of the female officers in the video are Black. Nobody drew a firearm (taser aside), no shots were fired, the taser was deployed only once, and there was no indication that the suspect was acting erratic or that the officers had any real trouble subduing him.

@TheQuartering A valid counterpoint is that I have seen it take 3 male officers to subdue a female.... Crazy/drugged people are a handful no matter the sex.

@TheQuartering Woman cops can be used sparingly as a descalation tool, but the force should be handled by men. It’s extremely rare for a female cop to be affective in control techniques. There should probably be a 10-1 ratio. In this video it’s three females and two males.
