@Uber_Support You did nothing. I removed all my cards and deleted uber app. I used to order 4x a week. I've moved to skip now. Horrible customer service.

@etihad hi. You guys charged me $662 to reschedule my flight on March 3rd. I contacted your help service and sent screenshots and they claimed they'd rectify it in 24 hours and id have a refund receipt. 4 days later no refund receipt. I've been on hold for 2 hours. I need help.

@AlgomaU could you please address the misappropriation of my funds for the f/25 semester. As an accredited university I am shocked that I received an email saying my fall fees are passed due. I check and my fees for fall were applied to spring 25. I wasn't enrolled in spring 25

@townofoakville I have also advised that I cannot fill out a hearing form and no accessibility has been provided around that. I have no printer and the form isn't fillable unless I purchase a pdf reader. No solutions have been offered.

@townofoakville imagine ticketing someone for being parked 7 hours (alledgely) when bylaws own pictures prove movement. Note the tar line and the crack. But apparently the town of oakville thinks a tar line can be washed away.

@townofoakville I have requested an email from legal with the information regarding the independent party that reviews parking tickets. I was promised that and it has not been received as requested.

@townofoakville What I needed was someone to see how absolutely punitive the process was. Clear movement was demonstrated but I have to appeal twice due to the incompetence of bylaw? Taking a day off work to fight this nonsense is how you treat your tax payers.

@townofoakville Also the appeal is done by thd same company. I was basically threatened to pay the reduced ticket or have more fees added on doing the same process twice with the same company. Like I said. The pictures show movement. You need me to use my fingers to point it out or what?

@townofoakville With those pictures why is a second appeal needed? To charge more in fees as per the fine print? The point is that these pictures literally prove movement to everyone. You're wasting taxpayer dollars x2 continuing this.

@ZARA_Care in Ontario we are protected by the consumer's act which clearly outlines that you cannot illicit payments for unsolicited items. You sent my mother the wrong item ie. Unsolicited as she didn't order what you sent. You holding her $ could be seen as wanting payment.

@ZARA_Care my mom made a purchase. Received the wrong items and was told by your CS Rep thst her $ would only be returned when she returned the items sent by mistake as her items were sold out. My mom doesn't drive... So I guess you are stealing her $ now?
