When HSBC offered me 5k compensation, they send the same mail to RBI as well. In 2-3 days, RBI drafted a mail to me with HSBCs response asking if I was content with the resolution or if I wanted to contest the same. They asked me reply within 2 days as well. I contested and they offered me 10k. Got a call from RBI as well on 27th April stating the same and marking case closure

11) Mailed RBI the same and attached all details with proofs (Compensation offered and Hsbc admitting details, my Uber reciepts to branch etc) After a day received mail from HSBC saying they have increased compensation to 10k and asked for my bank details.
