On today’s show, we attempted to draft the best individual plays in college football history. Who won between me, @RiverBailey01 and @AndyStaples?

It was so different traveling in the late aughts. Still felt like a real adventure, you had no wifi, had to go to slow internet cafes to check anything. Travel books and maps were required AND YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO READ THEM or you were lost. Most people didn't speak English, so good luck with your pocket dictionary. Early 10s had some charm most places still - but more English speakers and easier to get around. Still no cheap international data, wifi scarce though. You'd hunt for places with a good connection to regroup and check phone map. But by 2015 it was a different experience. Wifi everywhere. Basic English standard in most places. By end of decade traveling had become totally sterile - data plans cheap, no difficulties at all anywhere. Trips were safe, predictable, and increasingly uniform. Why when I hear people brag about traveling now it's cringe. What's the point? I get the occasional getaway for change in scenery / history lesson, but if it's "your hobby" and what you're looking forward to this day and age it's clearly an expensive coping mechanism - you're distracting yourself to escape from a hole in your life. It's a safe, curated experience - not a way to expand your horizons or grow anymore.

Social media has made the world the same almost everywhere. Sort of pointless to travel unless you have a psychological need to check off some arbitrary list. Exception is hiking. Different trails are different. Otherwise it’s the same food, same brands, same everything.

Okay screw it. Closest guess gets a free weekend stay with a guest at one of my new build cabins once they are done. One guess per person. If multiple guesses hit same number, spinning dart board throw will pick the winner. (Just like the Husqvarna contest).

600 ft…no agua. To put it in perspective that’s “roughly” a 60 story building. Maybe it’s my turn for some pain. What are we betting on? 700ft, 800 ft, 900 ft, 1,000 feet deep? I’m going with 700. Building on the side of mountain is not for the faint of heart.

Scary: Free agent WR Steffon Diggs has put on a serious amount of muscle this offseason and is in the best shape of his life. Diggs embodies the "work-hard, play-hard" mentality. Most teams would benefit from having him 👀

NFL agent Sean Stellato, who played Division I football and basketball at Marist College and later played professional arena football, is trying out this weekend in Copenhagen for the Italian Men’s National Flag Football Team this weekend. Stellato is aiming to make Italy’s roster for the 2026 World Games in August.

What an awesome week at Aronimink @PGAChampionship. Although it didn’t go exactly how I wanted, it sure was nice to post a number early yesterday to give myself a chance. Hats off to Aaron Rai with some insanely clutch shots down the stretch. I was so impressed with the course - how it managed to test both our discipline and precision all week. It begged us to challenge pins and play aggressively, and we found out early we’d be punished if we didn’t execute. Which in my opinion, are just as major championships should be

WATCH: A recorded call involving Karen Bass, made days before the Palisades Fire, is resurfacing ahead of the primary, with John Alle now identifying himself as the person who recorded it. Alle says he warned about dangerous winds and fire risk during the call. Bass’ campaign strongly disputes that, saying the call focused on planned law enforcement activity in MacArthur Park, not fire danger.

@REDjak7 See my post from yesterday on the blower. Hit the various sides of your house with it where you see major activity. Keeps all paper wasps, yellow jackets and any other stinging insects away. Also certain hanging traps are very effective for stinging insects

For mosquito control while hunting or camping, this is what I have found to be most effective. Thermacell. They make a variety of products.
