@markvarner09 Omggg that’s hot!! I was at 78° with pockets of cool air with a blistering heat. My bike slipped on a turn and slipped out from under me. I landed standing on my left leg 😳 Could have been an ugly wipeout!

I’m making slow progress returning from my foot injury. My wife and I went to the park where I did a 3.1 mile walk/run fartlek while my wife got in her miles. We saw some young Marine recruits working out on the field.
