I left Dubai in September 2025. I don’t plan on going back. Heres what I think happens to Dubai amongst the hemisphere of Twitter people: - Families who relocated to Dubai with net-worth over $10M will re-locate elsewhere if their kids are under 14. (Due to schooling) - High networth individuals whose priority is “networking” (over $2M liquid) will go to other cities like: Miami, Singapore or Europe. - Real estate agents (best & worst) will also relocate to sell elsewhere or run out of money and go back to their home country. >>>> the flashy lifestyle people who have under a million liquid, will stay in Dubai & bullpost about why it’s amazing. (My thoughts are around expats or people who have lived in the country under 5 years) Also just my thoughts & opinion.
