@ring I’ve had your serv for several yrs. Today I attempted to comm thru your chat feature on your site. I finally asked for the cust serv #. It gave me 3 opts. I chose the US #. It gave 800-656-7920. It’s some type of Medicare co. Also called & your AI bot is awful to deal with.

@ring wedge kits still aren’t available for some of the newer doorbell cameras. Why are you selling the cameras without mounting kits being available? We bought two new doorbell cams last summer and not have not been able to mount them because Amazon and Ring don’t sell kits.

You really need a select all function for light schedules so it’s less steps to change multiple lights and their linked devices.
It’s like a part time job just to keep changing the start and end times on 4 light camera combo units and a doorbell that are all linked.
As sunrise and sunset times keep changing now every week or two all of them need to be adjusted.
Select all option would fix this quickly.
