The Emiratis are very active on X and they are genuine supporters of the Somaliland cause, so there’s nothing wrong with engaging with them. Arabic-speaking Somalilanders have done an excellent job elevating Somaliland’s name in one of our strongest allies. That said, I agree that some Landers appear a bit desperate.

Public sentiment in a democracy is a major driver of politics, online venting won't resolve this historical issue, we must take accountability, while we bash the UK for it's hypocrisy.

This is a Kamikaze move by the UAE. The Gulf region retains massive oil production spare capacity, It’s this artificial scarcity maintained by OPEC that has allowed this region to become wealthy whilst other resource rich regions still languish in poverty.
UAE’s OPEC neighbours aren’t going to sit ideally by as the UAE brings online 2 millions barrels of spare capacity meaning that once this current conflict is over either prices will plummet as Gulf States compete against each other to get oil to market or some form of regional sanctions will be imposed on the UAE to force it to backtrack, my bet is on the latter.
