Thanks Ian. These so-called Arab League countries (except for our allies like the UAE and Morocco) with a handful of Saudi-influenced Asian nations, like Pakistan and Bangladesh, have always worked against Somaliland while backing Somalia, a failed state where piracy, terrorism, and corruption are practically the norm. Somaliland is simply ignoring the noise and concentrating on building our future.

Under history overview, where it says “ On 1 July 1960, it voluntarily united with Italian Somaliland(Somalia) to form the republic of Somalia.” Instead, should be, “On 1 July 1960, Somaliland and Somalia tried to create a unified Somali state, but the union was never legally ratified. As a result, it became an occupation of Somaliland rather than a voluntary merger.”
