Today, we probably shouldn't forget Nobel literature laureate Knut Hamsun (1920), the Norwegian who centered racism, xenophobia, & misogyny in his fiction, and who partied with Hitler and Goebbels in the Bavarian Alps (and remained committed to Nazism).
