Got a 40km ride done this morning! It’s beautiful out. Some asshole rammed through a family of geese almost killing a few. I don’t know how they all made it. I did about 2k on road. Rest on trail like this. #blessed

Look what I found on a run with a friend this weekend, an Osprey family. The male osprey was perched on a dock a little ways away. Could see at least 3 babies. Coolest wildlife I’ve seen on the run. #runchat #runchathunt #seenonmyrun
