@Ronin09StGlide @ImBreckWorsham @LOZ_0110 You don't know how it works? In the US the diaspora have a vested interest in painting the regime any way they choose. In Iran the US manipulates fringe groups, often LGBTQ or druggies to run demonstrations. ln any case WAR is not the acceptable, moral way to run regime change.

Oh ok so fuck all of those civilians on the streets telling you they are under a dictatorship. Fuck those young wrestlers they just hung. Fuck the soccer players who were threatened because they didn’t sing the Iranian anthem. So they chose to defect to Australia. And at least one of them resending it because her family was threatened. Fuck the fact that Iran has been the state sponsor of Terrorism around the world. Fuck the fact they have been preaching death to America and Israel. Fuck the fact that when the US busted their asses they lashed out at all of those Arab nations who have been saying from day one they are what’s wrong with Islam. Fuck the fact that in the late 60s and even most of the seventies they were as western as America and had all the freedoms. Yea Iran is the good guys here. Say you are an idiot by saying this shit. Facts this war has been burning since the late 70s. When Iran took American hostages and a weakass Jimmy Carter didn’t get them back. Or when they using a terrorist proxy group had my fellow marines bombed and killed in Beirut. Yea all of that is lies right?

Here's the thing. We handed Trump everything. On a golden platter. We gave him the House. We gave him the Senate. We gave him the greatest comeback victory in political history with a popular vote never before seen in a presidential campaign. We fought for him. We believed in him. Many of us lost friends. Lost jobs. Lost FAMILY over our support of him. Many of us have dedicated more than a decade of our lives to him in the hopes of seeing him succeed. Some even spent YEARS in prison. Some DIED for the cause. Only to be lied to. Used. Betrayed. So I don't particularly give a fuck what any of you MAGA cultists out there who are too stupid to realize how badly you've been played think of me. I don't think of you at all.

She was elected to lead the Olympics as its first female president. Her first major decision: ban transgender women from women's events. Kirsty Coventry, a two time Olympic gold medalist in swimming from Zimbabwe, became the first woman to lead the International Olympic Committee in its 132 year history when she was elected president in June 2025. One of her first major decisions was launching a review of female category protections in Olympic sport. On March 26, 2026, the IOC Executive Board approved a 10 page policy banning transgender women from all female events at the Olympics starting with the 2028 Los Angeles Games. Eligibility is now limited to biological females verified by a one time SRY gene screening. Athletes who test negative are permanently eligible. The policy also restricts most athletes with differences in sex development, including two time Olympic champion Caster Semenya. Coventry said the policy protects fairness, safety, and integrity, adding that "even the smallest margins can be the difference between victory and defeat."

@Ronin09StGlide @ImBreckWorsham @LOZ_0110 Iran wasn't the evil that won't stop! You need to get out of the propaganda and listen about Iran! Iran is good people who have been the only pro-life vote in the UN for my whole adult life, and I've been watching. Their women are the majority in their fine universities.

How exactly did we get lied to? I’ll wait. If you are talking about Iran. There is nothing you can do if diplomacy breaks down and evil won’t stop. And as far as everything else he has kept his promises and even over delivered. He is the only president in my 59 years who has literally accomplished delivering on 80 to 90% of what he campaigned on. Anyone who believe any candidate will get and do every thing they promised is out of their mind. Apparently you don’t see that the left is doing everything they can to destroy and prevent him from accomplishing exactly what he ran on. But your young arrogant ass would not get that because you have no life’s experience and you think he should be perfect and accomplish everything he ran on. I defy your young ass to show me one single President who accomplished everything they said they would do in our countries history.

@ImBreckWorsham There's no use arguing this here. I lost my granddaughter over my vote, and if I had the choice again, I would not vote for Trump OR the left. I would begin the work for a third party. That is, if the world is still able to have elections after the starvation and ruin coming.

@billiejoeguylnr @ImBreckWorsham I did not close my ears to the left's arguments! I could not vote for that incoherent woman for president! And Walz? I could not vote to give men the key to the women's bathroom and free access to children! The Left is still worse than Trump. Better come up with something else!

All of this could have been prevented. There is a reason why the left has been crowing about him for the past decade+. The problem is, none of you wanted to listen, because you just HAD to be right. You refused to let go of your beliefs and biases because it was more cool to "own the libs". You put your faith in a man that, had you gotten your head out of his lap for 5 seconds, you would have realized he was lying to you. Using you. Grifting you. The first sign should have been that you wanted an outsider to run this country, but while the sentiment is understandable, sometimes with jobs like these, you don't want to elect just *anybody*. Experience matters. And Trump had none to start with. So while you wanted an outsider, you got somebody who is so outaide, he has no idea wtf he is even doing. Also, you wanted somebody to run this country like a business, yet you elected a 6-time bankrupt businessman to do the job. I guarantee that if I went bankrupt 6 times in my life, you wouldn't trust me with a dime. But you'll trust Trump to run the country. I probably could have had more respect for the right had you simply chosen to go with somebody else, anybody else. But you picked the absolute WORST possible candidate in history, because he told you things you wanted to hear, and you refused to acknowledge the truth or face reality. You voted with feelings, not logic. Because having basic common sense and being educated makes you "too woke" and god forbid we can't have that now! I have zero sympathy for those who voted for Trump, and are just now, after 10 years, realizing he was fucking you over the entire time. You were told time and time and time and time again. And you chose to ignore the warnings. Never forget: you voted for this.

@ImBreckWorsham @The80perce53761 This is why I hate memes. Would you please deal with the content of the post, Blondie? Give reasons why it was right, still right, to lose family over Trump? I didn't lose my job but I lost my granddaughter. And Trump fully endorses this war that is on course to ruin our world.

@Bananasaur_Rex @Edwenden @oshus1 @PronouncedHare My pastor, who has attended many death beds, advises against the Advance Directive. He says when staff see there is one, they assume it means DNR, and do not even read the dense legal doc. He said instead to do the Medical Power of Attorney and prep your rep with your wishes.

@the1ahorner @AustinKakert @DoctorLemma I bought a digital tape recorder bout ten years ago. It sits in the cupboard because the directions are absolutely impenetrable. And I use tech. I appreciate your post. I came to this guy's timeline to try to figure him out, and couldn't think of your good examples here. Jerk!

For eleven years, a 68-year-old retired forklift truck driver from Mirfield, England began each day by listening to his late wife's voice on their home answering machine message. She had passed away from cancer in 2003. He never changed phone companies. Every time a new provider offered him a better deal, he asked the same question: if I switch, will her voice be kept? The answer was always no. So he stayed. Then in December 2014, Virgin Media, his telephone provider, deleted the message during routine technical work. Stan Beaton described the moment he found out as one of the worst of his life. "I just could not tell people how it affected me," he told BBC Radio Leeds. "It really did devastate me." He contacted Virgin Media and told them what had happened. The executive director of engineering later described the task of finding it as searching for a needle in a haystack. The chances of recovery, he said, were slim. A team of engineers spent three days searching through archived servers anyway. They found it. Virgin Media sent Stan a CD with the recording. He broke down in tears the moment he heard her voice again. Is there a voice you would do anything to hear one more time?

@Edwenden @oshus1 @PronouncedHare Well, all that's good to know, but in the end it's the individual's decision. My Catholic Church's moral end-of-life guidelines gives me the right to refuse treatments or on the other hand accept the suffering treatment might bring. My decision, not a doctor's or some onlooker.

@oshus1 @PronouncedHare Doesn't matter how strong your bones are, CPR compresses the heart to circulate blood to your brain - to compress your heart we have to break your ribs. Your throat is probably also going to be fucked up because your stomach also gets compressed making you vomit stomach acid.

@officer_Lew And you know I'm a Trump voter! But I love Iran ever since I became pro-life. In the 70's I watched them on TV while I was raising my kids, they stood up against the UN alone and stopped a vote that would have made abortion legally part of every country's medical care. Alone!

@officer_Lew I think you're a good guy, sir. I like your posts. But you are wrong about Iran. They are a very decent people. Iranian women hold the majority of STEM degrees, more than in the US. They were pro-life first. Their country is thousands of years old and we're bombing the museums!

@it_donny @megha_lilly Adam and Eve gave mankind death and other suffering. They freely chose to disobey a perfectly reasonable command. So we will all die. And we can morally have all the pain meds we want prior to that event. You want to BE God.

@StDog8 @megha_lilly What a sinister belief. God creates ALS, Cancer, etc. curses you with it, then morally prohibits you from seeking out death before you have suffered enough according to his master plan?

My thoughts on suicide are that monasteries and nunneries are once again a useful institution for society. A man so much in despair with the world and its people, feeling utterly useless and pathetic and better off dead, would do well to run away to a monastery instead and lead out the rest of his days in the dignity of prayer and labour that at least serves the world in some way. The same can be said of a nunnery for women. There are situations where ordinary living of life becomes too much for people and there exist institutions that offered a second way out for such people, that helped them, their souls and society simultaneously.
Matt Walsh@MattWalshBlog

If suicide is “death with dignity” then how exactly is it more dignified to be put down like a dog in some sterile room after filling out paper work than to simply do it yourself completely on your own terms without dragging any accomplices into it and asking permission ahead of time? Again, I absolutely categorically unequivocally reject the idea that any form of suicide is dignified. I am anti-suicide in any iteration whatever. I’m just pointing out that even if you accept the extraordinary premise that suicide can be more dignified than a natural death, it still wouldn’t follow that euthanasia should be legalized. Societies across the world, even back in ancient times, have believed (wrongly) in committing suicide to preserve dignity and honor. But in all of those cases — seppuku in Japan, for example — the thing that supposedly made it honorable and dignified was that you were doing it by your own hand, often in a way that was deliberately MORE painful than a natural death would have been. Ours is the first society in history to suggest that being euthanized clinically in the exact way that stray dogs are put down — and by someone else’s hand, not your own — is the dignified way to go out. It’s totally incoherent. It fails even by its own logic.

@it_donny @megha_lilly You are morally permitted to refuse treatment that isn't likely to change the outcome, is too painful, is too expensive even. You can take pain meds. That's Catholic teaching. Accept the death. But not seek it.

Catholics concerned about the Pope's charitable letter to Mrs Mullaly...I think the parable of the Good Samaritan and the story of the woman at the well show us what Jesus' attitude would be to a woman considered to be a heretic, an outsider and a disgrace by the strict religious folks.
