@PhilipAhern We use anti-his and they work really well in flow. I'm guessing it depends on the antibody clone based on others who've replied (and not in the lab right now to check which we use!), but it definitely can work well.

Anyone have experience with using anti-His tag or anti-FLAG antibodies for immunofluorescence or flow cytometry? Is one better than the other, or are both really only useful for Westerns?
