@HilzFuld Prophetically, according to Ezekiel 38 & 39, Persia is listed as among the foes in the anti-Israel alliance. This would mean a commonality with the others. In our times, we see it as Islam. The L-RD is in control, moving the chess pieces to work according to His holy plan.

@HilzFuld Search Iran Agreement on X. Linked one I found as it is organized by points. Headline: The West loses bigly. Key result: Iran’s offensive capabilities degraded significantly. Amazing amount of munitions they started with; learned Iran can hit EU & they have cluster munitions.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Mehr: This is the US-Iran MOU 1- Permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon 2- The US commitment to non-interference in Iran's internal affairs and respect for the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 3- Complete lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days 4- The US commitment to withdraw its forces from around Iran 5- Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under Iranian arrangements 6- Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and derivatives, and full access of Iran to its financial resources. 7- The necessity for the US and its allies to present reconstruction plans for Iran amounting to at least 300 billion dollars 8- 60 days of negotiations to reach a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary, secondary, US sanctions, and UN Security Council and IAEA Board of Governors resolutions 9- Reiteration of Iran's commitment under the NPT treaty not to produce nuclear weapons 10- During the negotiation period, the US has committed not to add forces in the region and not to impose new sanctions. 11- Release of 24 billion dollars of Iran's blocked funds during the 60-day final negotiation period. Half of this amount must be made available to Iran before the start of negotiations. 12- Formation of a supervisory mechanism to implement the agreement. 13- The final agreement will be approved by a UN Security Council resolution. 14- Final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran's blocked funds, suspension of Iran's oil sanctions, and lifting of the naval blockade, and the final agreement will only cover the fate of enriched materials and enrichment, lifting of sanctions, and Iran's economic reconstruction plan. Discussions about Iran's missile program and support for resistance groups are definitively removed from the agenda.

It is a pleasure to be in Paris today for talks with @jnbarrot. We spoke about the state of talks to end the Iran war and further strengthening our common EU foreign policy decision-making. Together, we are working to build a stronger and more united Europe - one that acts with purpose, upholds its values, and defends our shared European interests. Later today, I will also address the Two-State Solution Conference hosted by France in support of the Palestinian and Israeli civil societies committed to peace.

@MarioNawfal The Ultimate Fender Bender? There is a good case this was a world changing fender bender. Drone came through the front window/canopy between the pilots without exploding. Pilots ditched the chopper to get the payload in the water to disable electronics and mitigate explosive.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 No one knows yet if Tehran ordered the Apache hit or if an IRGC commander made the call on the ground. Fmr. IDF spokesperson Jonathan Conricus says that distinction matters because it changes how Washington reads the attack. He says it could have been a senior order to send the U.S. a message, a bad judgment call, or even an accident. But in a combat zone, uncertainty does not slow the response. You assume intent, and the retaliation follows. @jconricus

🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. is firing Tomahawks but keeping a second pair of gloves on. Fmr. IDF spokesperson Jonathan Conricus breaks down why limited strikes won't force Iran to the table. "You don't bring them to signing a deal with striking a few military targets." If Iran widens its retaliation and pulls Israel in, this changes fast. @jconricus

Liquidity: The Shaper of Markets Will high profile IPOs undermine the S&P 500? As people liquidate S&P 500 holdings to shift into the latest high profile IPOs, where does the S&P 500 land? An analysis (an an ad) below;
DANNY@Danny_Crypton

🚨 WARNING: THIS IS HOW AI BUBBLE WILL CRASH S&P 500 Read the post carefully before buying stocks. 3 AI and space giants are going public in the same year with a combined valuation approaching $4 trillion: 1. The biggest IPO wave in decades - SpaceX could become the largest IPO in history, raising up to $75 billion ($SPCX will debut on Nasdaq on June 12) - OpenAI has already filed a confidential S-1 and is targeting a valuation above $1 trillion - Anthropic is also considering a public listing at a valuation of around $1 trillion 2. The S&P 500 is currently being carried mostly by the Mag 7 and AI-related stocks (Nvidia, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc.), which make up roughly 33-35% of the index These 3 IPO could create a massive liquidity drain as investors move $75-200+ billion into SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic shares Funds and investors would likely sell existing positions in today's market leaders to free up capital, with Nvidia, Microsoft, and Google among the first likely to feel the pressure On top of that, the S&P 500 has so far resisted fast-tracking these unprofitable giants into the index, meaning the capital rotation effect could put even more pressure on existing index components 3. History shows a concerning pattern At the peak of every major market bubble, capital became concentrated in a small group of "can't lose" companies: - The Roaring Twenties - The Nifty Fifty era - Japan's 1980s asset bubble - The Dot-Com Bubble of 1999-2000 Today, capital concentration in the tech sector is once again near historical extremes 4. After an IPO, early investors get the opportunity to lock in profits Historically, lock-up expirations have often increased selling pressure on newly public stocks During the Dot-Com era, even some of the highest-quality companies suffered massive drawdowns: - Amazon: -95% - Microsoft: -65% - Intel: -80% - Oracle: -80% - Yahoo: -97% A great business doesn't protect investors from overvaluation The next few days will be INSANE, but don't worry - I'll break down every move as it happens, like I always do. Like it or not, I called every major top and bottom of the last decade publicly. I'll call this one too. Many people are going to wish they followed me before June 12, 2026. Soon, you'll understand why.

The Future According to Jensen Excellent and detailed summary of a wide ranging interview. Full video linked.
Konstantine Buhler@Konstantine

Jensen Huang is a titan and a teacher. He recently sat down with me to explain his vision of the future of technology and humanity. He’s calm, clear, and very funny. We touched on many topics, ranging from the $20T or more AI economy in five layers to changes in labor for the AI age. Here are some of my main takeaways: 1) The world is moving from retrieval to generation 2) Generation offers intelligence customized to the individual 3) Nvidia is making the "generators" of intelligence 4) We've seen this kind of revolution at least three times before with energy (Generators), Telecommunications (vacuum tubes / transistors?), and now intelligence (GPUs) 5) There is a five-layer cake of participation in this many-many trillion dollar revolution: Energy, Chips, Infra, Models, and Applications. 6) There are many ways to participate in this revolution, and everyone has a role 7) We'll be pushed to dream up new problems to solve with this unprecedented intelligence 8) In this new future, it's not just having the answer, it's having the right questions 8) The right questions will drive us toward our individual and collective human purpose 9) We move from the carpenters to the architects I believe this is the realistic future. Thanks to Jensen and the entire @nvidia team for the conversation and for letting us share! 00:00 Introduction 00:42 From Chatbots to Generative AI 03:35 Agentic AI That Does Work 05:26 Downstream Industry Impact 06:25 Computing Shifts From Retrieval to Generation 11:26 A Planet Cocooned by Intelligence 14:27 Inside the NVIDIA AI Factory 20:48 AI Five Layer Cake 21:58 Beyond Chatbots to Biology 23:54 Tokens and World Models 24:53 Trillions in Applications 27:13 Ditch the AI Doom 31:32 Jobs Tasks vs Purpose 38:40 Closing the Tech Divide

Apple finally did it. Its new framework, Core AI, runs models entirely on Apple silicon, so inference happens on the user's device with zero server calls and zero token bills. That means Qwen, Mistral, and SAM3 running natively across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro. It's a memory-safe Swift API that compiles models ahead of time for near-instant load. Pulling one in takes a few lines: let segmenter = try await ImageSegmenter(resourcesAt: sam3ModelURL) let response = try await segmenter.segment(image: inputImage, prompt: "flower") The launch goes beyond the runtime, though. It ships curated open models packaged for Swift, PyTorch extensions to convert your own, and an optimizer that shrinks models layer by layer with minimal accuracy loss. There's also a macOS debugger that profiles performance and traces behavior back to your original Python, plus Xcode tools to validate models before they ship. For any team that wanted real on-device AI without a cloud bill attached to every user, this is the answer. Models repo: github.com/apple/coreai-m…

I was going to charge for this, but f*** it. My team just put together a 40+ page report of everything we’re seeing right now in the small biz economy. What’s inside: → Real market data on SBA lending → Business buyer demand trends → Data on the ownership succession gap → An inside look at what small businesses are doing with AI right now We’ve spent months doing hundreds of surveys and interviewing dozens of owners to put this together. Now it’s yours for free. Just: 1. Like this post 2. Comment “SMB” And I’ll send it over. (Make sure you’re following me so I can DM you.)

@markminervini What is a dead cat bounce? Suppose a cat falls from the top of a 30 story building. The poor creature hits the ground so hard it bounces. But the bounce is only an inch or two. Meaning? After the market experiences a big fall, a move up doesn’t mean it’s going right back up.

As the market opens higher this morning, it's important to remain disciplined and avoid chasing an early rally—especially following a significant down day and a weak close on Friday. One of the most common mistakes investors make is assuming that the first bounce marks the start of a sustainable advance. In many cases, the initial rally is simply an oversold reaction or what traders refer to as a "dead cat bounce." Historically, after a sharp decline, I prefer to give the market time—often until midweek or even the end of the week—to see whether buyers are truly stepping in with conviction. Very often, after the first reaction higher, the market resumes its downtrend, undercuts the recent lows, and additional damage occurs. Patience and selectivity are critical. Let the market reveal its true character before becoming overly aggressive. Focus on preserving capital, managing risk, and allowing the price action to confirm whether the move is the beginning of something meaningful or merely a temporary bounce within a larger decline. minervini.com

SPY is under 20SMA $746 area (will be bearish unless we can close above it) 50SMA is at $713.5 area will act as a magnet as soon as $730 key level is broken. Small continuation gap here at $724-$727 SPY wants to RETEST 746 20SMA area and $748 previous broken support. So possibly we keep going up before we get rejected. Be patient the let the SPY play out before taking 1 trade.
