IWM looks like shit today. While tech is getting a big boost in terms of flows IWM has been the direct inverse. A few days ago I said we'd see a shift in regime from Small Caps outperforming to tech becoming the outperformer. This is why my largest position still is in IWM puts dated for June. Also helps that IWM has so far had a daily wick rejection of it's 20DMA and if we get a close below the 10DMA then the 200DMA is back in play for a break.

If Trump prioritized markets he wouldn’t have done any of this and he certainly wouldn’t have insisted on tariffs. He likes when they go up but it’s clearly not what motivates him short term.
