Dva nové reaktory v Dukovanech, dva v Temelíně a k tomu navrch pár SMR reaktorů. ➡️ Finanční sci-fi vzhledem k stavu rozpočtu, pokud nechceme platit 200 EUR za MWh příštích 30 let.

No 1000 MW vykonu vyjde díky AI boomu na 50 miliard+.

I vítr.

In that case it the benefits for everyone else would be smaller and it would be difficult to justify cutting emissions.. Yet this is not what we are witnessing. Chinese emissions are flat or little bit down since mid 2024 and they are set to go down (Renewables, EVs including heavy truck, nuclear on the way). When we look at India or Africa their per capita emissions are gonna peak significantly bellow the Chinese ones.

@TomKopen3 @RealJessica Ok, so we've established that climate change does not care about human made borders. If the U.S brings their per capita emissions down only for China to repeatedly erase the benefit by increasing their emissions, does anybody benefit in the long run?

I am claim that per capita matters as the population as it is is given. And I also claim that climate change does not care about human made borders. Furthermore I do claim that s men from Wuhan, Nairobi or Hamburg have equal rights and their emissions are equally consequential for climate change.

Yes it does. EU is one country it has 3rd highest emission globally if you take countries one by one you find out that They have small emissions an id does not matter. In the same way you can decide chiva on provinces and USA on states and most of the states and provinces have smaller emissions than Germany. Secondly it is about equal rights. Why shall I have smaller righ to consume when I live in bigger state? On what merit?

@TheApeOfGoldST True prices across the sector are ridiculous even for producing companies like Guanajuato Silver, SantaCruz Silver or SilverX. Iran war speeds up the industrial silver demand to new unexpected highs.

The owner of the 2nd largest undeveloped #Silver deposit in the #USA, and likely a top 8 biggest undeveloped #Silver deposit globally, is trading like one of the cheapest silver stocks on the planet on an EV/oz basis. How does that make any sense? $APGO.v - Apollo Silver $APGO is starting to look way too cheap here. Enterprise value: C$186.39M market cap C$59.00M in cash 👀 = C$127.39M EV Now look at the EV/oz: Calico: 183 Moz Ag (pure silver ounces, not AgEq.) Cinco de Mayo: ~154 Moz AgEq historical resource Total: ~337 Moz Ag/AgEq C$127.39M / 337 Moz = C$0.378/oz So the current EV/oz is only: C$0.38 per oz Ag/AgEq In USD, that is roughly: ~US$0.27/oz, depending on CAD/USD. Their Calico project alone should justify a market cap at least 3x higher, even before giving any value to the blue-sky potential at Cinco de Mayo. (CDM hosts a historical inferred resource of ~154 Moz AgEq at 385 g/t AgEq) Calico is located in San Bernardino County, California, and is the second-largest undeveloped #Silver deposit in the #USA. This is not some joke asset. It is a monster project in a top-tier jurisdiction, with massive silver exposure, a huge cash position, and a pro-mining political backdrop that wants to fast-track strategic domestic mineral projects. At the current valuation, the market is basically giving away the upside. A side note: Crazy cash position right now, almost 60M CAD... Worth to remember that some good stories out there are currently cashed up to their teeth!

That's a significant decrease in metal production! 👇 Yes, Nornickel (Norilsk Nickel) is the world’s largest producer of refined Class I nickel. Class I nickel = high-purity nickel (with a minimum purity of 99.8%) used in electric vehicles (EVs). Nornickel is also the world's leading producer of palladium, as well as a major producer of copper and platinum. 🇷🇺⛏️
Brandon Beylo@marketplunger1

Norilsk Nickel is one of the world's largest nickel and palladium producers. It just announced the following production declines (QoQ): > Nickel: -28% > Copper: -12% > Palladium: -14% > Platinum: -26% Probably nothing.

Dřív to byly banky a elektřina, dneska DLE lithium extraction.

Endlich! #Milei #Libertarismus #Inflation_ist_Raub 🇦🇷🚀

@TomKopen3 @jackprandelli Iran has never exported 3.5 million. The tank trucks turn around time is about 6 days vs 40-50 days for the large carriers. Add in the railcars and they have added weeks before their storage is full.

Iraq just found the back door around Hormuz. 70 tankers crossed into Syria yesterday via AlYarubiyah a border that's been shut for 13 years. Destination: Mediterranean ports. The chokepoint isn't a wall. Producers are routing around. The map of Gulf oil is being redrawn by truck, but is more expensive. source: @MarioNawfal

@jackprandelli New geothermal is also very important for Europe, where we can use both electricity and heat. Watch places like Hungary which has 29GW of low cost geothermal potential. Enough power the Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia and Austria together.

The AI energy debate has been framed as gas vs nuclear. Wall Street Week just added a 3rd: geothermal US power demand is set to grow 20% over the next decade driven by data centers. Geothermal is base-load, 24/7, zero carbon. It's been overlooked because the project economics never penciled. AI just made them pencil. For now US AI will run on gas... I wrote about it, in my latest article, link in replies 👇 Source: Bloomberg

@TomKopen3 @JamesMelville Ask yourself this very simple question:- If I own 50 hectares of land, do I want to try and make a living from working long hours 7 days a week - or do I want a solar farm company to pay me £100,000 a year from renting my land to put their solar farm on? Tough choice?

South Korea 🇰🇷 A motorway that stretches for 20 miles has a huge solar panel strip down the middle with a cycle path underneath. This is more logical than plastering solar panels on thousands of acres of prime farmland.

They will. Or maybe not collapse cause of migration but both countries changes dramatically in 50 years. Czechs kind of do similar thingy in a different way. Disrespect plays role in both places. In here it is that young families do not need any money but woman shall stay with children at home till 3 for 400 euros month while private nursery costs 500-800 in big cities.
