Does it mean they think that 29% will lsst 292 days which there is no way it will. I expect it to last about a month at most and tht is beng very economical with the heating.
Anybody with Avantigas that has a telemetry unit attached that could tell me at what level they generate an order? Reading 29% on line states 292 storage days left - what do that mean?
@AvantiGas I just went to check my tank reading and since I last checked you have fitted a telemetry unit. I then check the reading on line and it says 30% whch you estimate will last 288 days which it cant possible do. What percentage do you generate an order?

@Sam_BadBeats@AvantiGas It seem so many people are being left to run out of gas. I ordered on 10th December and only got a delivery when it was below 5% on 25th January. They seem to say now that they are delivering to those that are below 5% first!!
@AvantiGas Hi there, it's now the 19th working day since I ordered a tank fill, please can you let me know when to expect delivery, order raised on 3rd Jan. 2 young kids, less than 10% in the tank, zero comms from you, have already sent DMs, utter shambles, what’s going on?
@AvantiGas home is now at 12.5°C, I’m immunosuppressed and I have a rotten cold. When will my delivery come? It was ordered on 19/12, we are still waiting on a call back. Please DM me. I’m dragging myself out in car toto buy electric heater.
@avantigas Trying to stay positive about delivery tomorrow but still seeing lots of people in the last few hours having been promised delivery and not turned up and still people being left without gas.
@jaynedudley97@MartinSLewis Would be good to know but not many people have the money to do that. If you read small print in contract I dont think it guarantees delivery within a certain timescale.

@AvantiGas So we had a phone call this morning to say gas will be delivered tomorrow. However, we have not had the usual text confirmation and it is not scheduled on your website. So will it be happening?
@AvantiGas we will run out of gas this week if order placed as part of auto top up scheme on 5/1/23 is not delivered in next few days. Surely we are not going to run out again just like last year?

@avantigas Its now getting ridiculous - waiting for gas from order 10th Dec. now 5% and still no sign of delivery. The portal not updated with del schedule. Had reply on trustpilot saying will ensure del before run empty but lots of people are running out
@avantigas@MartinSLewis@HelenMorganMP Its now 6 weeks since first order and tank is now down to 6% so have turned heating off to allow hot water and cooking. So many other people in same situation. #frustrated
@AvantiGas Its currently at 8% as it shows on my account but cant see how your forecasting on my account says that should last me 25 days as based on my usage and the fact it has gone colder at most it will last 2 weeks with heating turned down.

Its now a week since reply from Avantigas and still no sign of delivery being scheduled. So many reviews on Trustpilot of people being without gas for weeks. Will be contacting solicitors as over 30 days for del is breach of contract in my opinion
