#SAR CGC Kingfisher’s crew assisted 6 people aboard a 37-foot vessel taking on water near the South Jetties in Charleston, S.C., Wednesday. Two crewmembers boarded the vessel and dewatered it, stabilizing the flooding before commercial salvage safely towed it to Ross Marina.

#SAR A @USCG Station Mayport boat crew assisted 6 people aboard a disabled 30-foot fishing vessel after it struck an object and began taking on water 19 mi. east of St. Augustine Inlet, Sunday. The crew safely transferred all 6 people and towed the vessel to Vilano Boat Ramp.

By land or sea, our borders are CLOSED. Last week, a @USCG crew out of Station Miami Beach encountered and disabled a vessel carrying 25 Chinese nationals attempting to enter our nation illegally. @CBP and @CBPAMO assisted following the interdiction, and @HSI_HQ initiated a criminal investigation. This sends a clear message to ANY illegal alien attempting to enter the United States: don’t even think about it.
