Hey @UberEats my order from @CarlsJr was 45 min late & cold. Chat customer service reps told me that orders are temperature controlled during delivery then in same breath said your policy doesn’t cover refunds if not delivered at correct temperature Nothing about late delivery

Received my order which was missing a meal and was only refunded £1.09 when the meal cost £11.49. The chat box is not user friendly and doesn’t understand. I have paid to order the meal again so this is very disappointing that I’m losing out money.

@Uber_Support ordered food in Munich, food was not delivered but it shows as delivered on the app. Trying to get in touch with support on the app but no resolution yet.

Heads up, @UberEats likes to reassign your delivery three times and deliver it cold, then refuse a refund for totally inedible food. Oh and then hang up on customers!!!!

@UberEats you take the absolute piss, 2 hours for my food arrive. Arrived cold to be told it was delivered minutes after the ETA which changed multiple times after I ordered just before 8pm and arrived at 9:45pm. A full refund is the minimum you can do. Ignoring me as well!
