@Tesco You need to make it clear when you make a change like AI following you around the shop.. The shop on High Holborn does it now, with zero warning or chance to opt out. If I'd realised I would t have used your shop --perhaps that's the point of not warming people.

@marksandspencer I'm not sure it says great things about your commitment to sustainability that you've removed the refill washing up liquid and other products from your Stratford Westfield shop. Back to plastic for me then, I guess.
