@Arrrrash Still playing! Love the game but I think it is very unfriendly to casuals. To have success in Marathon it feels like you need a decent trio thats willing to grind. If the game catered a bit more to casuals I think itd be an improvement.

Ignore this if you are just gonna reply dead game lol But I am curious to discuss with people why yall think Marathon is still losing players. I truly believe it was going to stablize. Is it too hardcore or are players just bored of the gameplay loop? If you have fallen off Marathon I want to hear from you!

Agreed. There really is nothing different besides the rank number going up. Bungie would’ve been better off introducing a hard version of each of the maps. Bosses are still always active etc. but the difficulty of bots and environmental hazards gets cranked to 11. However there is a higher chance for purple and gold materials to spawn. Map shifts every half hour. Lore wise it has something to do with the anomaly.

@GuapoGary_ Agreed I think Bungie thought like Destiny lfg would be sufficient but its a different type of game. With each run carrying risk you don't always just want to roll the dice with randoms. Having clans would be a big improvement.

Marathon needs something like clans. I feel like one of the hardest things about the game is just finding people to play with 😭

This is dope at all and no hate to Albralelie, but I just hope we don’t start getting convos like: “this game is boring now” “not enough content” “I’ve done everything. What now?” Felt like Arc Raiders kinda succumbed to this when it truth only the top 1% deal with this.

Don't need to nerf destroyer. Just need to buff vandal. Id say destroyer and thief are equally effective at what they do. Assassin is a character that's tough to balance due to invis being what it is. Vandal is the most important character to buff. I think a native agility increase and giving her the ability to shoot while sliding are a good start.

If literally anybody cares here's what I think needs to be done with the current power of each shell. - Slight buffs to vandal, but DO NOT make her be able to shoot when she slides. - Slight nerfs to destroyer, hes not too crazy but he is very good compared to other options. - SLIGHT nerfs to assassin's invis strength, hes not crazy op but in the instances where hes fully invis whether it be him not moving or just the lighting, its very apparent. - Buff recon, shes in a horrible spot rn - thief needs to be tuned a bit, nerfed in some areas, make her grapple have a dynamic cooldown and momentum physics. - Triage is in a decent spot, not sure if he needs to be tuned, havent really had any pain points with him.

@StarshiipeR Les développeurs d'Arc Riders on prévu d'alimenter le jeu de contenu pendant au moins 10 ans. Il ya réguliérement de nouveau events, des nouvelles maps prochainement et bientot de nouveau arcs. Dire que Marathon est plus fourni, faut allez se faire foutre un moment.

Dans un monde normal Marathon doit avoir plus de succès que Arc Raiders, le jeu a tellement plus de profondeur et une boucle de gameplay bien au dessus d'Arc. Sans parler de Cryo Archive qui est une masterclass de design pour un extract shooter. à côté de ça, Arc Raiders une fois la découverte passée c'est plat, y'a pas grand chose à farmer et qui incite les joueurs à se la donner. Un gros manque de dopamine sur le loot et l'absence total d'un contenu End game. L'emballage est sympa mais le reste ne suit pas.

I am not so convinced of the relationship thing as much as GLPs have a much bigger impact on people than most realize and that impact is net negative. There is a reason a lot of hedge funds won’t allow their traders to take it now because it messes with them too much. As for the specific doctor, I will leave it for you to judge !
