@AmazonHelp Nope. They said we refunded and reshipped it so I should keep it or toss it. I can’t even donate because it’s not functional. I emailed the vendor who is exclusive to Amazon and did not hear back. They kept apologizing but that does not resolve this issue.

@AmazonHelp Ordered toaster oven (comfee brand) never arrived. Contacted customer service. They sent another one. The replacement was missing all the internal parts (pan, tray) & instructions. Contacted customer service today and they said there was nothing they could do. Now what?
