Now they are generating bill every month for 1 Gbps and telling me my plan was not changed. This is system’s fault and I am the one paying for it. Please resolve it at the earliest. I have been airtel customer for many years and such bad service I never expected.

@airtelindia I am facing a serious issue which your customer service team is not capable of resolving. I made a payment on Oct 11, 2023 for downgrading my plan from 1 Gbps to 300 Mbps and your customer team asked me to make the payment for 1 year but they did not change plan.

@ankitese Hi Ankit, Spicejet shall provide a “Look-in option” for a period of 24 hours after booking the ticket. During this period, passengers can cancel or amend the ticket without any additional charges, except for the normal prevailing fare for the revised flight for which (1/2)

@_PVRCinemas We had a horrific experience with you guys. We booked a recliner seat to watch a movie for which we drove 1 hour to reach multiplex. We got a broken seat and we were not even given a replacement. Had to face embarrassment in front of entire crowd. Really Shameful !!

@zomato Your customer service is very poor. We ordered jain food and you served us food with onion and when we raised complaint with video proof your customer service neither offered us replacement nor refund. At least @Swiggy is far ahead in terms of customer service.

@goibibo @airvistara My family was scheduled to travel from Delhi to Indore on 18 Jan 2022 but became COVID positive and we cancelled the flight. We submitted test reports as well but we are not refunded ticket money. Very bad service and not fulfilling your own policy.
