@_PVRCinemas I've attached my ticket screenshots as proof. I hope PVR Cinemas takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper resolution. I'm not blaming the employees, actually this pure PVT management mistake for not taking proper maintenance of the screens and projectors.

@_PVRCinemas (1/3) Very disappointed with my experience at PVR ECR Heritage,today. I had booked two back-to-back movies Anbe Diana (9:00 AM) and Odyssey (12:00 PM). After reaching the theatre, the first show was cancelled due to a technical issue. The only response was sorry.

@_PVRCinemas When it was time of interval. They showed the interval frame and tuned in the lights and suddenly after 5 seconds the movie started automatically and lights turned on. No time was given for interval. I paid 1500 rupees for this experience?@_PVRCinemas u might wanna look into this

My experience at @_PVRCinemas in Vegas mall dwarka. I went there to watch the odessey today. I booked the tickets at 1:45 pm and the show was of 1:30 pm but still got there before time because the number of ads they show is insane. What happened next is even worse....

It was a shocking experience at @_PVRCinemas Lulu mall lucknow. I booked a ticket for 4DX and the seats and handles were damaged. It gave a vibe of some third class cinema. They took 480 rupees and in return the experience was horrendous.

Hey @_PVRCinemas your premier imax theatre, ambience mall Gurgaon doesnt even run AC properly. It appears I might become like one of those greek pigs by the end of movie with how much I am sweating. @ambiencemalls (p.s. this is the audi 4, the imax screen playing odyssey)

@_PVRCinemas My gift card shows incorrect after a failed attempt. When I first tried to book 5 tickets for the Spiderman No Way Home the coupon code worked but the final payment got rejected for a server issue. But when I tried to pay again, the code shows invalid. Help

The Odyssey was *amazing* but shame on @_PVRCinemas (Priya) for switching on the lights the moments the credits rolled. Could barely see Nolan’s name on the screen. Some of us actually WANT to watch the credits FFS and respect all those who worked to put together this spectacle.

Well, It’s Just My Opinion
@_PVRCinemas does it again! After playing flat content in scope during the last show before it the people complained, they did the same during the next show for the first 10 mins. You can see the subtitles cropped at the bottom for the first image until a viewer complained.
