@_PVRCinemas very poor experience whenever we come to watch movie at PVR at any location in Ahmedabad. Never get movie stars on time and minimum 15-20 minutes advertisement going on for which we have not paid any amount. Need to change this approach and start movie on time.

@_PVRCinemas you'll should discontinue the service at PVR Luxe Phoenix Palladium...No value for money served !! Its absolutely weird when a Frsh Lime soda takes half an hour to be served !! & remove the Buzzers at seats, which is absolutely useless, which is never answered to !!

As a regular and loyal customer of PVR Acropolis Ahmedabad, I’m sharing this based on my observations over the past 2 years. 1) The AC in most of the large screens is not working effectively. Many Gujarati film premieres happen here, but I often avoid attending because of this. It really impacts the viewing experience and may push audiences towards other cinemas. 2) The female washrooms need urgent repair and better maintenance. The current condition is not in line with the otherwise good experience the cinema offers. Requesting @_PVRCinemas @INOXMovies to kindly take this as constructive feedback from a loyal patron. We genuinely like Acropolis cinema🙏🏻please don’t let these issues force us to choose another theatre. #Ahmedabad #CustomerExperience
