@asda I’ve been waiting over 5 hours for an express delivery. Drivers keep cancelling because my water bottles “don’t fit” on their motorcycles. I’ve called 10+ times. Meanwhile, the rest of my shopping is rotting. This is completely unprofessional. If you can’t fulfil orders

After having a rant about @asda and @BootsUK somebody has reached out claiming to be from these companies. They've had no idea what my complaint was about, so they've asked me to repeat it and then being very apologetic telling me to download an app so they can give me a refund.

There’s a crow flying around @asda Clapham Junction that appears to be in distress. It was repeatedly hitting windows, flying low and erratically, and calling loudly in a way that didn’t seem normal. It didn’t look obviously injured, but it definitely seemed confused or panicked

Oi @asda I’ve made 12 calls over the last 2.5 weeks trying to change my delivery address for Xmas after your staff telling me ‘it’s a system issue’ and today been today to cancel the order the order and try Uber! Someone call me

@AsdaServiceTeam @asda you seem to be collecting data on my spending habits, but to no benefit to me. ie. Your awards program is now pointless, as "rewards" don't exist. Your choice, but I'll definitely now stop swiping my Rewards card and will also shop elsewhere more often.

@asda link your rewards to your scan and go like all other reputable stores. Or do you relish people losing points who like me didn't realise the rewards are not linked until after we paid. Robbers!

@AsdaServiceTeam can you explain why the candy cane yule log has been completely wiped from the website? Its not a stock issue as it doesn't say out of stock and when searching it I get a page not found error
