Returning £8 worth of three defective things to @AmazonUK - each one has to go in a separate bag at the local shell garage for return. Surely this is costing Amazon more than it's worth to return them. Given they're not fit for purpose anyway and should be scrapped...

Dear Valued Customers, We would like to address a recent issue that some of you may have experienced with the Nitehawk-36 (NH-36)involving disconnection problems. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible. To date, 1,750+ units have been shipped from LDO, and an estimated 1,000 units are currently in the field. We have received approximately 30 reports of disconnection issues (some of which may overlap with complaints received through Discord and resellers), representing a failure rate of about 3-5%. At present, we are investigating two separate issues affecting the Nitehawk-36, which are causing constant or intermittent disconnections on the USB lines. We will share more details as we conduct further research. We already have all our resellers to hold on the inventory, till we have new board to swap it. In light of this issue, we decided to do soft recall and will offer three options for our affected customers: 1, Retain the Nitehawk-36: If you choose to keep your Nitehawk-36, we will provide an updated board to address the issue, which is expected to be available within 2-3 months. Additionally, we will offer you a $10 coupon as a token of our appreciation for your patience, could be used any LDO production. 2, Keep Your Nitehawk-36 (Low-Temperature Use ONLY): If you choose to continue using the Nitehawk-36 in low-temperature conditions without any issue after using and testing, we will provide you with a $25 coupon for any LDO products or future new board as a thank-you for your understanding. This option is designed for those who can use the product in specific environments, make sure not use in sealed chamber. But you will not get new board free in future. 3, Request a Refund: If you prefer, you can contact your reseller to arrange a refund. As a gesture of our appreciation for your understanding, we will also offer you a $10 coupon for future improved LDO NH36 production ONLY. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support and understanding. We also highly appreciated all the help from our resellers on this matter and LDO also will fully be responsible for all the loss on our resellers. @LDOMOTORSJASON Apologies, I actually missed the fact that this is about the nighthawk 36 and not the nighthawk stealthburner. My issues are actually with the stealthburner. Have you seen anything similar? I have tried a powered usb hub and hot melt glue to hold connector in place.

. @thetrainline I have just tried to change my password three times using 'forgotten password' - and it never works. I have tried 8 chars, 12 chars, 16 chars, all with one symbol. And it accepts, but won't let me sign in afterwards.
