@AmazonUK @AmazonUK so, despite replying to acknowledge driver's message he was about to deliver my parcel, he then rang bell... left parcel on doorstep (not safe place) and was back in the van before I opened the front door. HONESTLY, JUST DELIVER ACCORDING TO MY DELIVERY NOTES.

@AmazonUK once again I have had to report to customer services that my parcel was not delivered as per instructions. The driver drove off before I opened the door and he left the parcel on door step, not even the safe place. Its not hard. It really isn't.

@AmazonUK funny handed to resident, and thanks to the driver being so lazy and couldn’t be bothered to post through letter box thats rt next to where parcels thrown, the items got wet and damaged, and due to being electrical items, they can not be used, great delivery
