Sadly for Jon, the NH Constitution requires that all taxes be uniformly applied and broadly based.
So, unless he plans to change the Constitution, he can't "tax the rich" and make his policy actually match his divisive rhetoric.
His proposals are about as useful as his poetry.

Yup, what you really want some of us to displace the left wingers already in the state. The question is how to accomplish that. I would love to live in NH and would vote solid red, but housing isn’t affordable for my family. I would have to live in an apartment, and most NH Republicans are very anti-apartment.

State legislature has passed some bills to cut regulations to make it easier to increase supplies, including more ADUs.
High mortgage rates and high property taxes in NH also affect housing affordability.
