Will all the men please stand up!
Following my post this morning…
To everyone defending the decision to use our children as lab rats let me be absolutely clear:
There is nothing kind, progressive, or compassionate about this.
It is madness, and our children are paying the price.
Fortunately, there have been some strong voices pushing back on this ideology, but let’s be honest: some of the strongest voices calling this out have been women, and I am grateful for every single one of them.
Women like:
@ThePosieParker @MForstater @Docstockk @HJoyceGender @jk_rowling @sharrond62 @RosieDuffield1 @KBtheYoungOG
and many others.
These women have shown real courage when institutions stayed silent.
But where are the men?
Far too many have been silenced by a culture that tells men to sit down, stay quiet, and accept blame for everything.
A culture that mocks masculinity, often sidelines fathers, and pushes men out of public debate.
And when men step back from responsibility, nonsense fills the gap.
We are living through the consequences of that right now.
So this is my message to men:
Stand up. Be counted. Be brave.
Stop nodding along to every fashionable idea just to appear “progressive”.
Stop pretending you agree with things you know are wrong.
Start defending your children and your family again.
Because one day your son or daughter will ask:
“Dad, what did you do when all this was happening?”
Don’t be the man who says, “I stayed quiet.”
Be the man who says:
• “I stood up for you.
• I challenged the schools.
• I questioned the ideology.
• I refused to put pronouns on my email or name badge.
• I refused to wear the trans-progressive lanyards.
• I protected you from the nonsense pushed into children’s TV.
• I supported those who spoke the truth.
• I boycotted shops that promoted this ideology.
• I spoke out about Pride marches.
• I did what a father is supposed to do, I put you and your mum first.”
That is the job of every good dad.
And it’s a job men must step back into right now.
Because if we don’t, we end up exactly where we are today:
Children being used as lab rats.
Enough is enough.
And to the men who have stood up, thank you.
Your courage matters.

Crisp start this morning, irrigation installation continues on old 17th, all tees cut and stayed with iron and Primo, tee banks also trimmed. H&S audit with Mr Barraclough today, always an interesting visit, with some really insightful recommendations.
